Nutrition & Lifestyle 1-Day Intensive
The Back-to-Basics 1-Day Intensive will present our regular 4-week course in a 6 hour format. This class will definitely get you thinking about your nutrition and lifestyle gaps and can quickly get you started on the road to change. This class gives you the opportunity to reassess your knowledge of good health. Ingestion, digestion, sleep needs, exercise and many other topics will be covered. Back-to-Basics Bootcamp offers a holistic way of putting it all together. You’ll come away with knowledge you’ll apply to your everyday living.

BACK TO BASICS NUTRITION PROGRAM - Level 1

For those of you who have already taken our Level 1 class, you have this opportunity to expand your knowledge and take yourself to yet another level of understanding the importance of living a health-filled life in our Back to Basics, Level 2.
We will focus and expand on several of the topics covered in Level 1, but most importantly, all students will have the opportunity to have their Metabolic Typing done at the special class pricing of $35 each (regularly $50).

2) Environmental Toxins In and Out of the Home
3) Metabolic Typing*
4) Meal Planning customized to your Metabolic Type
