Ryan Bailey
Ryan Bailey is a passionate advocate of a back-to-basics style of eating, physical movement, and living a balanced lifestyle. He believes that what we eat and how we move our bodies along with the how we think and live will determine the level of health and harmony we can achieve in all realms of our lives.
Ryan has been a leader in the health and fitness field for the past 12 years and foresees his future as an educator and verbal proponent as Healthy Concepts continues to grow into his vision to share his knowledge and spirit with all that he can reach. Ryan would like to see a major change in the way we view organic farming, ethical ranching and sustainable earth-friendly practices. It is his continuous pursuit to educate his clients and others on this highly important topic.
Ryan holds a B.A. in Health Promotion and Wellness, is an Advanced Metabolic Typing Advisor and is a certified holistic Exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach through the C.H.E.K Institute which is one of the most respected certification programs available today (www.chekinstitute.com).
The fitness professionals at Healthy Concepts have the expertise, education and diagnostic capabilities to design your individualized Fitness & Nutrition programs. Whether you are just starting on your path to renewed health or are a trained athlete, your Coach will continue to upgrade your program to meet your needs and continue to challenge you.
Natasha Bailey
Natasha has been practicing massage therapy since 2002 after she completed her training at Healing Arts Institute in Roseville California. She is dedicated to providing effective treatments where her clients can receive a custom massage that utilizes her various techniques including deep tissue, heat therapy, essential oils, breath work, and deep relaxation.
Yoga has provided Natasha another dynamic way of expressing her passion for life, love and happiness. By creating a safe place for change on the mat, she thrives on classes that allow her and fellow students to laugh, cry and release while finding space in the asana.
She has a holistic based approach to health and wellbeing which has led to various activities and workshops with partner Ryan Bailey in their community. Through the forms of Yoga, Nutrition, Corrective Exercise and Massage she has found a way to help others obtain ultimate success in what ever it is they do.
